Parasites/Helminth Infections

           PARASITES

          Parasites are two types. 1.Protozoa....Unicellular 2. Metazoa...Multicellular
these parasite lives in our body, get nourishment, some of them are normal flora
or commensale, some helping us like bacterial flora in intestine, but some are
harmful, bigger in size(eg:Ascaris lumbricoids) looks like earth worm, some
very large tape like(eg:Taenia saginata is about 5-24 meters long, living in the
small intestine, get nourishment from us and we become malnourished, anemic,
          like
by Ankylostoma duodenale causes Iron deficiency Anemia,
          Diphylobothrium latum(Fish
tape worm, get entrance by eating undercooked of infected fish)responsible for
Megaloblastic Anemia. These parasites..Unicellular are responsible for
          Diarrhoea
or dysentery, abdominal pain. Filariasis by filarial parasites.
These paracytes use Human or domestic animal as their Definitive host or
sexual cycle of their life and or other animal, mosquito, bugs as their
Intermediate host for their asexual cycle or larval form or infective form
for humans like Malarial parasites...infective  sporozoites develops inside
female anophelis mosquito, when the feed on human blood inject these
          sporozoites
inside human..develops Malaria. Echynococcus granulosus(dog tape worm)
          responsible
for Hydatid disease .eggs of helminth contaminate vegetable, water and get
          entrance
through faeco-oral route.some larval form develops in soil or water or inside
          fish,crab
can penetrate our leg skin..get entrance or undercooked fish/meat we
          get infected
Most of the adult worm living in our small intestine, become sexually mature,
          laying
eggs, passes through stool and contaminated water, vegetable etc.and their
          life cycle
goes on and on, and we hourboring them insede us.In third world,it's a huge
          burden..
one side poverty on the other side Parasites burden...weaken them, decrease their
productivity as well as their and their nation development...is my field of study
How to get ride of these parasites completely.
what ever if you got abdominal pain, diarrhea/dysentery, Anemia,
Malnourished baby with anorexia, nausea, vomiting...call your primary
physician. Simple Stool test can diagnose these case or other blood test like
CBC,MP-test,Other Serology test,PCR,ELIZA,Sking test ,other test can confirm
          the diagnosis.
